White replied, “Yeah…Yeah…I mean Yeah. How do you not do? fu*k! Wembley. I mean I don’t know. Yeah.”
The journalist intruded asking, “I was gonna ask you wanna do it in England. I mean ideally, would you want to do it (the rematch) in England.”
To which the bossman had one word to say, “Yeah”
Even Joe Rogan agreed that the rematch should take place in front of Leon Edward‘s home crowd in the UK. The commentator said, “He deserves it.”
USMAN vs EDWARDS 3
The pair had fought once before back in 2015 when both were fairly young in their career. Kamaru Usman displayed a dominant wrestling performance and won that fight on all three judges’ scorecards.

After seven years, they crossed each other’s path again. The fight was set for the main event of UFC 278, for the welterweight championship of the world. ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’, Kamaru Usman, entered the bout as the champion and a heavy favorite against England’s Leon Edwards. Going into the fight, everyone was dismissive of Leon’s ability to win the fight. Even the champ wasn’t taking the Brit too seriously.
But Rocky had other plans in mind. After a hard-fought 24 minutes, Edwards took the world by storm. He landed a perfect set-up head kick on the champ and knocked him out cold.

There is no denying that Kamaru Usman is one of the greatest fighters ever. Perhaps that’s the reason why nobody is going to question him getting an immediate rematch. With 1-1, they will settle the score in their trilogy bout.
