“How Much Did You Get Paid to Say This” – UFC Stars Mock Conor McGregor for Celebrating Brutal Sport

Conor McGregor was yet again caught in a hurdle over the internet. People drag the ex-UFC champion for anything lately. The fighter gets tackled for anything that he says or does. The situation is not even upsetting. In fact, really hilarious. ‘The Notorious’s fellow UFC fighters recently caught and mocked him over the internet.

The story interestingly follows a congratulating wish. However, the wish proved to be pretty expensive for McGregor. The internet is not going easy on the 34-year-old fighter. All the fans seem to love the replies that followed McGregor’s tweet. The fighter tweeted congratulating the new heavyweight champion of the RXF slap fighting championship.

The league does not offer fights, but turn-wise slaps that the opponents can use to annihilate each other. Although the winner had a disfigured face during the fight, he still continued along. Conor McGregor saw it as a fit moment to appreciate the slapper’s dedication and achievement. However, people started having a bit too much fun with the situation. Two of UFC’s great fighters aligned in the comments of the tweet to make fun of the Irishman. The lightheartedness over the internet looks delightful, to say the least.

Conor McGregor cannot save himself over the internet

On his official Twitter account, McGregor shared the video from the RXF, along with the caption, “Absolutely gorgeous technique. Congrats the new heavyweight champion.” Little did the fighter know that he will also be faced with other fighters on the platform. The congratulations put up by McGregor soon became ground for his fellow UFC mates to mock him.

The middleweight fighter Derek Brunson commented on the tweet, “how much did you get paid to say this?” He wrote this to make fun of the fact that McGregor could be getting paid to do the promotion for White‘s slap league. The talented Middleweight fighter definitely knows how to send fans out of the room with laughter.

Another fighter, Arnold Allen, commented on the same post. The featherweight fighter wrote “f**k that” under the post. While doing so, he made fun of McGregor, appreciating the brutal slap. The young 28-year-old fighter made sure to not give the Irishman even a chance to recover from Brunson’s comment.
