“If He Did That, He’d Literally Be the Perfect Guy to Work With”- Dana White Reveals the One Thing Conor McGregor Needs to Improve About Himself

Conor McGregor is undoubtedly one of the biggest assets in UFC history. The Irishman enjoys unparalleled stardom with the company and the sport of MMA. With his brash talk and ‘billi’ walk, Conor McGregor climbed into the upper echelons of superstardom and even transcended the sport at times.

With McGregor’s success, many people wonder if it becomes difficult for the promotion to deal with him. However, UFC president Dana White assures that it is not the case.

In a recent interview, the UFC head honcho clarified the process of doing business with Conor McGregor. While White had nothing but good things to say about McGregor, he also mentioned the one thing that the former double champion should work on.

Dana White wants Conor McGregor to improve one thing

Conor McGregor is single-handedly responsible for some of the highest-selling UFC PPVs of all time. “The Notorious” one has the charisma and skills to attract audiences to show up to his fights. A polarizing figure since the beginning, he always made sure the McGregor show was never boring.

With his stardom, many fans expect Conor McGregor to be difficult to do business with. When asked about McGregor trying to have his own way with things, Dana White confirmed the case was the opposite.

White said, “He’s a smart dude and you know, he’s actually been one of the easiest guys to deal with.” Furthermore, he suggested the only thing McGregor needed to work on in order to become the perfect business associate.

He said, “Listen, Conor McGregor would be perfect if he showed up everywhere on time. If he did that, he’d literally be the perfect guy to work with. We have a great relationship and he’s been great to work with.”

This is not the only time White had McGregor’s back. The 53-year-old turned down allegations of favoritism on TUF against McGregor during a recent press conference.

Conor McGregor is currently coaching against Michael Chandler on season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter. Prior to the show’s filming, there were allegations about McGregor dropping contestants from the show to make room for his own guys. However, White gave McGregor his full support when asked about the issue.

He said, “I’ve no idea. Who gives a sh*t?… You’re trying to get guys to commit to coach and you know. To do the coaching commitment, especially when you live in Ireland. You know what I mean? Yeah, Conor’s gonna get some things that he wants.”

White’s recent comments about McGregor show nothing but his support for the Irishman. It also speaks to how they have a solid relationship.
