‘I’ll Run You All Over’- UFC President Dana White Sends a Warning to Other Fight Promotions

UFC President Dana White sat down with Fox News and discussed the state of the UFC in the post-pandemic era. The largest MMA organization has started strong and put up marquee events while all other sports were shut down. Not to mention, the UFC even set up shop in Abu Dhabi with the now infamous Fight Island venture.
With restrictions being lifted in the United States, the UFC has now returned with sold-out shows. The most recent event being UFC 264 was the second highest-selling pay-per-view of all time at 1.8 million buys. This proves that the UFC is only growing in strength and their numbers certainly back up this claim.

Dana White has a message for his detractors
White faced a lot of flak when he initially aired out his decision to bring back the events schedule. Through it all, he’s remained steadfast in his belief that the show must go. Furthermore, it’s hard to argue with the results. Speaking to Fox News, White spoke out on the way the pandemic has affected people and sent a message to his doubters.
“I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s blowing my mind,” White said recently in an interview on FOX News. “But you know what, everybody that’s slowing down, everybody that is afraid or whatever their reason is for not wanting to get back to work, not wanting to run their business, not wanting to get back to normal in full capacity… I’ll run you all over. I’ll run you over. No problem.”
