UFC commentator Joe Rogan and his admiration for the fighters is a well-known topic in the MMA community. The successful podcaster has on multiple occasions talked about the physical prowesses of the athletes involved in the promotion. Now, taking his respect for them a notch up, the 55-year-old expressed his appreciation for UFC bantamweight Sean O’Malley in his latest episode of JRE.

Claiming that the love and respect he showed for the athletes was truly genuine, the stand-up comedian pointed out his wholesome interactions with the number two ranked Bantamweight as an example.

Joe Rogan talks about post-fight interviews involving Sean O’Malley

Interacting with his guest and comedian Shane Gillis, the duo happened to talk about the hilarious exchange that went down between Logan Paul and Radio Rahim recently. Having a laugh at Rahim’s response to ‘The Problem Child’, the JRE host was reminded of his post-fight interviews at the UFC.

“I have said in interviews ‘I love you too’ to fighters, many times.” Claimed Rogan.

And the best example for Rogan apparently was his interviews with O’Malley. As fans will be quite aware of, the duo have on multiple occasions shared their admiration for each other in these interviews.

“Suga Sean O’Malley. It’s like a love fest between me and Suga Sean. It’s like there’s five of them where I tell him I love him.” recalled the 55-year-old.

For the UFC color commentator, this was just a simple approach to expressing his love for the fighters, especially when the other person happens to do the same.

O’Malley really loves Joe Rogan

One of the first instances, when the bantamweight happened to say ‘I love you’ to the commentator, was after his fight at UFC 222. Laying on the canvas after the fight, ‘Suga’ expressed his love for the sport and for Rogan as the JRE host sat beside him, interviewing him.

This was not the only fight that the exact same exchanges went down between the two. Following that fight, both personalities have time and again shared the mutual appreciation they have for each other.

Well, fans of the duo can only hope that the love that these two share for each other continues to grow. With ‘Suga’ also making a successful name for himself over the last year, Rogan‘s appreciation for his elite skills is quite natural.
