The UFC commentator’s long exposure to combat sports has helped him understand the extent of the human body. Understandably, he shares a fascination with fitness and his “Sober October” challenge stems from this fascination.
The color commentator and his friends participate in this challenge annually. The rules remain simple: they have to abstain from any type of intoxication and burn as many calories as possible. Subsequently, the bunch changes their lifestyle accordingly.

October’22 marks their fourth year of the fairly newly established tradition. In a recent JRE episode, the gang of Ari Shaffir, Tom Segura, and Bert Kreischer reassembled. Along with the host, Joe Rogan, they talked about their personal health improvements.

However, the former “Fear Factor” host also disclosed that his obsession with winning the challenge proved troublesome once. Rogan declared that he ended up watching John Wick 50 times while doing an insanely long cardio session.
