UFC 283 ended with a bang as Jamahal Hill and Glover Teixeira went against each other for 5 whole rounds. Although Teixeira dropped his gloves and created an emotional moment for the UFC fans, it was Hill who stayed relevant and in the headlines for longer. Furthermore, the former UFC fighter, Chael Sonnen, seemingly believes that the one who stayed in the headlines for a longer period is the actual winner of the event. Without a doubt, the former light heavyweight contender talked about ‘Sweet Dreams’ on his YouTube channel. However, the stupefaction occurred when Sonnen revealed that Hill’s behavior aligned with that of Conor McGregor and Paddy Pimblett.
Although the warrior claimed the gold belt in the light heavyweight division, his relevance increased with each interview. With challenges flowing in from every direction, Alex Pereira and Jiri Prochazka have become the next in line to fight Hill. However, the fighter has not yet confirmed the next opponent he would go against.

Sonnen believes Jamahal Hill is showing the behavioral pattern of Conor McGregor
Sonnen declared that it has been a great week for Hill. He has been doing several interviews and becoming more and more interesting. Furthermore, he has also been exchanging callouts with other fighters. Surprisingly, Sonnen believed that the one who actually won wasn’t the one who won the fight. It was the fighter who stayed relevant for longer. He said, “An event will end and in the four or five days next, whoever was part of the event that managed to stay in the headlines, that’s the winner. That’s who won from that event, in front of everybody else. That’s whose stock went up.”
Moreover, Sonnen compared Hill’s acts with those of the ‘Mystic Man’ and the ‘Baddy’. He said, “Conor McGregor always did it so well. It’s when everybody else quit he kept those next 96 hours going. That’s what Paddy ‘The Baddy’ has done so well. It is what Khamzat Chimaev has done so well. And I’ll just share with you, Hill’s been great and I love his story, which I didn’t know.” He recalled the fact that he was oblivious to Hill being a basketball player.
Additionally, he commended the light heavyweight champion for going on throughout the 5 rounds. However, the fact that he was deflecting challenges impressed Sonnen. He believed that Hill was indeed the winner of UFC 283.
