Recently, on his show #1876 of the JRE podcast, Rogan expressed his dissent over the choice of changing casts in the Newly released series, House Of Dragons.
House Of Dragon disappointed Joe Rogan
Rogan, while expressing his frustration, said, “House of Dragons put all new actors in. I was like what are you doing? You could have just made her look older. You f**king idiot.”
The comedian further emphasized how it wasn’t hard to make a character look older. Yet the production team decided to replace the cast of the show. Rogan said, “she’s supposed to look 35 in the next one. It’s like 10 years later, whatever. That’s not hard to do. You could do that. Why didn’t you do that?”

He also stated that changing actors was a “terrible idea”. Furthermore, he added that the show kept him invested until the new characters came about. He also added that the audience gets connected to the characters and suddenly introducing them to new faces makes it hard for them to accept.
Did Rogan discover a major plot hole?
Rogan pointed out another thing about the show. He said, “there’s another real problem. This is a prequel to the game of thrones. There’s black people in the prequel. They’re all gone later. So what happened? [to them]”

Greg Fitzsimmons, who was the guest on the show, agreed with everything that the host said. Moreover, he stated that the change of cast was the reason that he bailed on the show.
Rogan had earlier posted about the show on his Instagram. The podcaster, after watching the first episode, complimented the show, calling it “THE SH*T”. Furthermore, he commended the show for giving the same vibes as its predecessor, Game of Thrones.
