The MMA world is full of drama and the last few days have provided just that. Recently, Dana White boldly came out to answer the press over the recent controversial video involving his wife. White gave some of his honest responses to the press, which is left for the journalists and fans to be judged. Meanwhile, Dana White’s Bellator MMA counterpart, Scott Coker, is cooking something unique. On ‘The MMA Hour,’ he announced a tournament in the lightweight division. Interestingly, Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s cousin has his title on the line. Moreover, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s rival Conor McGregor is supposedly ill for a court visit.

Dana White admits criticism ‘100% warranted’ after a physical altercation with wife

Dana White has come out to face the media after his video went viral. The media bombarded the UFC President with questions related to the incident. White admitted that it was a ‘horrible personal experience’ for him. Furthermore, White said that he would have to deal with this for the rest of his life.

However, the UFC President also said that he should not be defended for his actions. Moreover, he stated, “All the criticism that I have received is 100  percent warranted.

Also, Ariel Helwani completely disagreed with some of the statements that Dana White made during the press conference.

Scott Coker made a huge announcement including Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Cousin

Bellator MMA President has announced a tournament involving Usman Nurmagomedov. The Bellator 8-man lightweight Grand Prix sees Bellator MMA lightweight championship on the line. Khabib Nurmagomedov’s cousin Usman Nurmagomedov will be looking to defend his lightweight crown from 7 talented fighters.

The Grand Prix is set to start in March 2023. Moreover, the Bellator MMA President revealed in The MMA hour, “As you know, we pick our tournament based on what we feel is the best division of our league and right now I think lightweight, including A.J. [McKee], is going to be something that fans are going to want to watch”.

Furthermore, Bellator MMA President Scott Coker seems very confident about the lightweight Grand Prix involving Usman Nurmagomedov.

Conor McGregor too sick to face court

Conor McGregor was due to appear in Court on Wednesday. The hearing of the case was an unresolved dangerous driving prosecution in his native Dublin, Ireland. The case was adjourned by the Judge and McGregor will contest his prosecution in December.

“Unfortunately, the defendant is indisposed today, and we have a letter from his general practitioner, which he attended this morning. He has a likely diagnosis of influenza and is unable to attend court,” Conor McGregor’s counsel said.

He was arrested and charged with dangerous driving charges in his Bentley Continental GT last March in West Dublin.
