Conor McGregor bashed Justin Gaethje after his revelation about his UFC departure
Recently, a rumor came out that ‘Mystic Mac’ might be getting a shot at the UFC Lightweight title if he manages to come out victorious in his touted bout against Michael Chandler. However, this rumor infuriated the famed UFC Lightweight, Justin Gaethje. ‘The Highlight’ felt that it was unjust to provide a title shot to McGregor after just a single win. In an interview with ‘ESPN’, he also stated that he wouldn’t mind quitting the UFC if things turn out that way.
However, McGregor also displayed his known character once more and bashed Gaethje with a reality check. McGregor has posted a now-deleted tweet addressing Gaethje.
It read, “This braindead fool got a title shot off of one single win and it was vs chandler. Yet he will quit and retire if I get the same thing. Classic gathje bird brain. #Jackass Two Title attempt. No wins. #gaethje”.
