In September 2022, the former UFC featherweight champion announced her pregnancy through Instagram. The 38-year-old shared the happiness of expecting a newborn with her girlfriend, Samantha. At the moment, the couple is blessed with their first child together. Once again, she took to Instagram to let the world know about one of the greatest news of joy in her life.

 The Iron Lady shared a photo of herself and Samantha with their newborn in the hospital bed. Under the post, she wrote, “Blessed and so proud to introduce to the world our little miracle our whole world our son Isaiah, Sam de Randamie A born on March 20th at 03.01 hours in Utrecht, The Netherlands” Under the post, other MMA fighters and fans showered the newborn with blessings and congratulated the couple.
