Conor McGregor was a superstar in the making, during his Cage Warriors days. While in the promotion, the Notorious had already built a cult following of Irish people. McGregor was not just a fan favorite, but also a very successful fighter in his time at Europe’s leading MMA organization. 

Furthermore, the Notorious was also a double champ in the promotion [lightweight & featherweight]. A feat that McGregor would achieve again in the UFC almost four years later.

Today, The Irishman boasts more than 46 million followers on his Instagram. Furthermore, his list of followers is not just restricted to the regular crowd but also contains many top-notch celebrities.

Conor McGregor receives advice from Dan Bilzerian

Recently McGregor posted of picture of him during his Cage Warriors days. The mystic mac was flexing in the center of the octagon after knocking out his opponent. The Notorious compared himself to the famous fictional character, Rambo, in the caption.

The caption of the uploaded piece said, “Picture me rollin in this image with a big m60 gun like Rambo. And then put me in a tropical rain forest. With insurgents all over the gaf. Closin’ in. But don’t sweat it. They’re already smoked. And you can then understand where I am going, where I came from, and where I am right now. God bless.”

The post received massive fan appreciation. However, amidst all the love, the former double champ was the recipient of an advice from the American internet sensation and poker player, Dan Bilzerian.

Bilzerian suggested McGregor should tie a red headband in order to complete the Rambo look. The American wrote in comments, “Just missing the red headband”

Fans reacting to the Dan Bilzerian’s comment.

The majority of the fans showed their dissent over the comments.

A user brutally said, “shut the f*ck up, Dan.”

Meanwhile, another one called him out and said, “don’t you have more people to scam? You Create-a-Marine looking tu*d.”

Another one simply tagged him and said, “um, Nah…”

While an array of comments asked Bilzerian to shut up. “@danbilzerian shut up. Jesus.”
