UFC middleweight Paulo Costa has earned a reputation for his hilarious and often outrageous Twitter posts. The Brazilian powerhouse often posts content that targets his UFC colleagues or other prominent figures like Dana White. While Costa has been out of action since his fight against Luke Rockhold at UFC 278 in August 2022, the 31-year-old has been going strong with his Twitter game. Quite recently, he even took a cheeky jibe at Joe Rogan for his bald head.

Now, the outspoken Brazilian has gone after his boss’s latest venture. In a recent tweet, Costa targeted Dana White’s Power Slap League. The former title challenger shared a picture of a rather NSFW slap competition. He also captioned the post, That slap competition we chads wants to watch.”

Dana White’s Power Slap League has been under severe scrutiny since before it even began. The controversy of White and his wife publicly slapping each other during new year celebrations only made it worse. The show had disappointing numbers on its maiden airing but comparatively improved over the next episode.

While many fans are thoroughly unimpressed with the UFC associating it with the Power Slap League, some raised concerns about its safety. There are also those that do not consider it fair competition or a form of fighting.

Amidst all these issues, ‘Borrachinha’ has come forward with one of his cheeky jibes targeting the competition. Several fans joined in on the joke and trolled Power Slap League.

Many fans responded to Costa saying that they would rather watch Costa’s suggested league rather than the show Dana White was promoting.

Another enthusiastic fan also pointed out how this one had a big advantage over the Power Slap League.

Costa’s antics failed to impress one fan who used the post to fire one back at the former title challenger.

More fans joined in on the joke, with one of them even asking if Costa would compete in the event.
