Of late, UFC Flyweight and recently turned global sensation, Molly McCann revealed in an interview the advice McGregor gave her. Moreover, he also had some unconventional comments about the division champion, Valentina Shevchenko as well. 

Conor McGregor advised Molly McCann on how to deal with fame

McCann met McGregor at his pub in Dublin called the Black Forge Inn. After this meeting, the pair continued their dialogue in the days that followed. McCann, moreover, called the advice that she received from McGregor in a way “poetic”.

Meatball revealed that texted McGregor, asking, “How do you handle this? Because you can blow up and then you can blow up. I just couldn’t quite get my head around how some people are with you.”

To which McGregor responded, “McGregor was just like, ‘When you’re in the gym, it’s just the gym. Don’t let no one else in. Keep everyone outside. Always remember, it’s just fighting. You’re a cage warrior. That’s what we are. We’re Cage Warriors champions.’”

The Brit also told the media that McGregor commented “mad things” about the McCann’s division champion, Valentina Shevchenko. He told the scouser, “Valentina is going to get a Mac spanking”

The 15th-ranked UFC flyweight admitted that the words motivated her, and she also got the quotes said by McGregor printed and put them in her room at MSG. Therefore, whenever she’s struggling or getting ahead of herself, she can read it and stay grounded.
