WATCH: Israel Adesanya Visualizes the Perfect UFC 271 Walkout

Israel Adesanya is not just an ordinary MMA fighter; he is an entertainer, a performer. With Adesanya, the fans get more than just a fight. Hence, to perfect it, he prepares everything.

Before UFC 271, ‘The Last Stylebender’ did exactly that.

The Kiwi kickboxer is high about visualization. Thus, he exercised his UFC 271 main event walkout.

The UFC is the ultimate organization. Hence, they provide organized and high-quality content to the fans. To do so, the UFC crew work tirelessly, and they rehearse everything before an event. Likewise, the crew was doing their role, preparing for UFC 271.

The fighters rarely take part in the preparations for events. However, the middleweight champion wanted to have the exposure before his highly touted fight with Robert Whittaker.

Israel Adesanya started this trend at UFC 243

In an interview with MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour show, coach Eugene Baremen revealed that the first time ‘The Last Stylebender‘ had done the walkout rehearsal was at UFC 243 in Melbourne. He asked the UFC for permission to do the walkout, and he has been doing it ever since.

He said, “He’s big on visualization and he’s, he’s I think, for a lot of, for a lot of if not all of his fights he’s visualizes, how the fight will go from that minute he steps out into the lights and he’s always done that.”

“And, and, and, recent times going back to Melbourne, actually going back to the first fight, that’s when I first noticed him asking the UFC if he could get out there and do the full walkout, walk-in his full routine. And I think he might have done that ever since if he’s been able to be granted access.”
