WATCH: Never Seen Before Backstage Footage of Conor McGregor in Agony After the Brutal Knockout Loss to Dustin Poirier

We often see Conor McGregor involved in verbal banters with his opponents inside and outside of the octagon. BT Sport took to their YouTube channel with the aftermath video of UFC 257 after Dustin Poirier defeated McGregor to even the score. This wholesome video showed the former champion in an agony of pain and not happy with himself.
The video also showed the gentle and calm side of ‘The Notorious’ where he showed respect towards Dustin and his wife, and even thanked Dustin’s wife for her support of her husband. Even though he had lost the fight, McGregor was in good spirits backstage, accepting the defeat with an humble smile.
He said to Dustin multiple times that “we have to do it again”, planting the seeds for the third fight which is now confirmed for 10th July at the T-Mobile Arena.

After the fight ended, ‘The Irishman’ was seen limping as he was heading back in the dressing room as he’d taken a number of leg kicks throughout the fight, leading to him suffering severe damage to his right shin which made him unable to walk.
“Those leg kicks were alright! We’ll do it [fight] again!” McGregor said to Poirier after the fight.

Yes, McGregor looked devastated at first after the loss but soon, like a gentleman, he shook Dustin‘s hand in the cage, congratulating him for the win.

Many people raised questions about Conor’s slow movements and more of a boxing approach, but with new training camps, McGregor feels like he can “kill” Poirier this time around.
