White stated that he didn’t leave because Francis Ngannou won, moreover he claimed that he was never present after the co-main event concluded. Answering fans’ most curious question, White shed light on the possible return of Tony ‘El Cucuy’ Ferguson in 2022. The promotion is actively trying to book him against the former title challenger and Bellator’s lightweight champion, Michael Chandler.

Meanwhile, El Cucuy is on a three-fight losing skid that snapped his impressive 12 fight-win-streak. He has dropped significantly in the ranking and is hoping to make his return to once again challenge for the title.
