Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 43-Year-Old Son-in-Law Chris Pratt Looks Ripped in His Latest Video

The audience saw Chris Pratt as Star-Lord in the first Guardians of the Galaxy film in 2014. Before the movie hit the theatres, many people were skeptical if Pratt could pull off the superhero look. However, the Parks and Recreation actor surprised the skeptics with an insane physical transformation. Since then, the MCU actor has become one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading men. Now 43, Pratt has developed a love for working out like his father-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Earlier the Hollywood superstar posted a bodybuilding workout video on Instagram. Besides looking ripped, the Guardians of the Galaxy star also had a motivational message for his 41 million followers.

In his latest video, Katherine Schwarzenegger’s husband does dumbbell rows on a bench. Pratt’s ripped physique is apparent as he busts out multiple repetitions of the one-handed dumbbell rows with a massive 70 lbs dumbbell. When the set ends, the MCU actor drops the dumbbell with a thud. The phone that Pratt used to shoot the video shakes from the impact.

However, the Hollywood superstar didn’t just post the video to show off his strength. He also had a motivational message for his fans. “By January 21st, 85% of people will have given up on their New Year’s resolution. Be the 15!! Let’s go!” wrote the Terminal List star.

Other Hollywood A-listers like Chris Hemsworth and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Patrick Schwarzenegger commented on the video. “Must of done legs before the video,” wrote Schwarzenegger’s eldest son after noticing Pratt’s rippling quadricep muscles in the video.

Chris Pratt knew the best way to impress the seven-time Mr. Olympia would be to workout with him in the gym. While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2019, the Terminator actor said it surprised him when his daughter revealed she was dating Pratt. “First thing when we met, he (Chris Pratt) says, ‘Can we ever work out together?'” Schwarzenegger told Kimmel.
Schwarzenegger is often critical when someone does not follow the proper technique for each exercise. However, The Guardians of the Galaxy actor impressed the former Mr. Olympia with his strength and exercise technique. Schwarzenegger revealed Pratts’s form on the incline press won him the former Mr. Olympia’s respect. “Why I wanted him to become my son-in-law, it was the incline press,” revealed Schwarzenegger.
