“Holy Sh*t Dude”: 243 Lbs Bodybuilding Beast Earns High Praise for His Jacked Physique From Fans

One of the recent bodybuilders to make waves in the circuit is Tonio ‘The Predator’ Burton from Nevada. Burton first caught the headlines after finishing in the Top 10 of Mr. Universe in 2021. Ever since that, he has further upped his game by constantly working out, videos of which he often posts on his Instagram. In one of his recent posts, he seemed delighted to share with the world about his weight gain despite maintaining low body fat. Attached alongside was a picture of him, which left the fans awestruck.

Taking to his Instagram, Burton posted a picture of himself that made fans go gaga. Wearing only red underwear, Burton was posing with his arms stretched out to join his waist, for every carve and muscle in his body was a sight to behold.

Tonio Burton, a 2009 graduate from Hug High school in Reno, Nevada, faced several challenges before taking up bodybuilding. He lost his brother to gang violence, a friend to domestic violence, and relatives to health issues. All within a span of a few months in 2017. After facing such tragic losses at a young age, Burton was fueled to make a difference by raising awareness.

And he felt bodybuilding was his way of doing so. In the post, he talks about adding 5300 calories and weighing up to 243 lbs. Here’s how the fans reacted to his insanely torn physique:

Besides Burton, several other bodybuilders (some IFBB Pros) are also taking to Instagram to show their incredibly hard-earned, jacked physiques. Many of them are marking the significant change in their body from last year’s Mr. Olympia.

258 lbs IFBB Pro bodybuilder Charles Griffen too, showed off his incredible physique in one of his recent Instagram posts. It had only been seven weeks post-Olympia, and he is determined to make it count in the upcoming edition. His body was on display in its full glory in both poses.

Burton wishes to be an advocate for raising awareness about gang violence and the number of lives it has claimed. His aim to be famous in the bodybuilding world has a greater purpose, and he is on his to achieving it.
