Apparently, the 40-year-old strongman showed up in Cutler’s gym to discuss the quad-stomp poser’s arm training course. Hence, Cutler stated that the drills were slightly different from his. The training revolved around efficient techniques, strategic reps, and relatively, lower weights. Likewise, in the champion’s podcast venture, Cutlercast, he once talked about Brian Shaw’s mind-blowing diet plan.

As per a previous episode of the podcast, Cutler presented the Strongman’s nutritional food delivery brand, Trifecta’s CEO. Shaw is an ambassador for the company, hence, the chief, Greg Connolly shares a close-knitted bond with the athlete. Furthermore, he revealed Shaw’s massive diet routine which costs him over $60,000.
He said, “Over $60,000. He’s eating at least five to six pounds of meat a day. I love Brian like a brother. He’s the nicest, tightest guy ever, but he likes the most expensive meats. He wants like 30 pounds of bison.”
