‘The Incredible Hulk’ fame Lou Ferrigno made the most of his physique while working on acting projects he received from being massive. It included the Hulk’s role he signed in 1977. However, other than being an actor and bodybuilder, Ferrigno has been a fitness influencer for several generations. Nearly a decade ago, Ferrigno confronted people who had excuses for not working out.
Lou Ferrigno believed being unfit is a choice
Lou Ferrigno has kept his physique indestructible, with regular training and a healthy diet. Ferrigno never tried to postpone his training schedule, regardless of his availability. For him, it didn’t matter how busy is he, he always managed to work out.

While he was a part of the famous show, Celebrity Apprentice, at that time, he had to spend nearly 17 hours some days on the set. However, Ferrigno never missed eating healthy or training his body. Similarly, Ferrigno felt no one can be this busy to ignore their health. Ferrigno believed it was about the choice, not about the availability or time.
In 2011, Ferrigno made a frank comment about people who accept being out-of-shape. Ferrigno said, “There is no excuse for anyone not to train three times a week.” He added, “People want to look fat. Anyone can change their mind if they want to. It’s all about motivation.”
