When Vince McMahon created the WWE, nobody expected it to enjoy a rise like WCW. They won the TV rating war, and many superstars contributed enormously to their success. WWE saw many superstars rise to fame, but the way the Rock dominated the industry was stunning. Even the famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger loved him for his unique skill set. 

 

One of the main qualities a WWE superstar possesses is his in-ring movement. It is one of the principal qualities that he should have. In addition to that, engaging the audience with their speeches which Dwayne Johnson was excellent at for years. The way he captured the audience on his mic with his brilliant catchphrases was unmatched and still trend worldwide.

Since he made his debut, the Rock underwent various gimmick changes and finally landed a narcissistic role that would create ripples in the industry. Along with Stone Cold Steve Austin, he wrestled in five-star matches and outshone his fellow wrestlers. However, the main selling point came from his mic skills, as he delivered iconic promos every time he stepped foot into the ring. It impressed Arnold as he mentioned Rock’s presence on the microphone.

“My screen presence came from bodybuilding, Dwayne’s came from professional wrestling. He could do action very believably, and he is also a very good talker. Professional wrestlers have to be convincing in their talking, and he was always good at that in the ring and he was able to unleash that talent in front of the camera,” said Schwarzenegger. Like Johnson, Arnold Schwarzenegger was a charismatic bodybuilder himself. A person who loved interacting with people. He would have made a terrific WWE superstar. 

Arnold spoke about the rise of the Rock and how he never expected him to reach the levels that he did. That came as a surprise to him. “It was no surprise to me that he would become a star, but it was to everyone’s surprise how far he went. Like I said, that it something you never know,” added Arnold.

With Johnson stealing the limelight in the pro-wrestling business, Arnold made his way to several appearances in WWE. They inducted him into the WWE Hall of Fame for his contributions to the company. Winner of seven Mr. Olympia titles, Schwarzenegger knew his way around people. He can have unique conversations with people as he makes millions in the real estate market. To be a good seller in the market, one must have oratory skills and Arnold mastered it. 

In fact, if he engineered a move to WWE, it remains a mystery to predict if he could have been a superstar like the Rock.
