Why Arnold Schwarzenegger is the ultimate icon
During the episode, Jay Cutler and his co-host, Manager Matt, compared Dwayne Johnson to the former Mr. Universe. Despite how popular Dwayne Johnson has become, Cutler thinks there is one element that’s responsible for The Rock’s massive success. The former Mr. Olympia said Johnson’s physique and love for bodybuilding have turned him into a superstar. “What if ‘The Rock’ wasn’t such a fitness enthusiast and… looked like Bruce Willis or Steven Seagal?” Cutler asked Matt.
Manager Matt didn’t hesitate to answer and said Johnson “Wouldn’t be where he’s at,” today. Cutler also recalled watching Arnold walk through a bodybuilding expo once. “Remember the crowds of people, man? I hate to compare, but Dwayne Johnson, a couple of years ago, when he was the action guy. Arnold was bigger than that.” said the four-time Mr. Olympia winner.
