Coleman confessed he was just too good at his training and pushing his limits. Moreover, he meant that it is not just about genetics it takes much more. He added, “But I kind of outworked him. You know, when I went to the gym you know, I lift hard; I lift heavy. I would get in there. And I wouldn’t stay in the gym for more than an hour. The whole time I was there, I was focused.

In 2013, we got a scientific explanation of Ronnie Coleman’s genetic variation. Coleman’s genetics were tested through a DNA test by MuscleGenes. They performed the test and evaluated the results to confirm the outcome.
They found the presence of the variation gene ACTN3 in Coleman, which is the most resistant to damage. On the other hand, the genetic excellence was the inclusion of the UCP2 gene. This gene helps to make the body thermogenic. It helped him make a spectacular physique with the minimum fat amount in his body.
