Simone Biles’ Favorite ‘Hype Woman’ Jordan Chiles Drops a Revelation: “Crazy Since I Was Little”

At just the cusp of completing twenty-two years in this world, Jordan Chiles has reached for the stars. However, despite achieving staunch successes, Chiles still holds the same beliefs in her life. The athlete, who is filled with zeal and passion, has always helped to uplift other female athletes around her, including her best friend Simone Biles. 

Chiles due to her passion to inspire female athletes has also gained a reputation for being a hype queen amongst her teammates. And Recently, the athlete proved that she has been a hype queen since a very young age. The Tokyo Olympic star posted a never-seen-before video of her showing off her moves on the mat and hyping up teammates on social media.

On August 12th, Jordan Chiles posted an adorable throwback video on her Instagram story. In the video captioned “Yall, I’m weak, I’ve been crazy since I was little,” young Chiles was seen showing off her moves while dancing to an upbeat song. Further, the athlete, in her caption highlighting her being the same, stated, “Never changed, never will, for anyone wondering.”

The athlete, with her adorable video, really proved the title of being the hype queen of US gymnastics. Recently, in an interview with USA Gymnastics, the athlete revealed her fondness for being the hype queen on the mat, “We are going to Hype people up today. I love being the hype woman.” Further, the athlete, who humorously accepted getting on the nerves of her fellow gymnasts, stated, “Sometimes you know they think I get on their nerves all the time, but it is what it is.”

Chiles’s favorite person to cheer up on the mat is still her best friend, Simone Biles. During the highly anticipated comeback of Simone Biles in the US trials, the gymnast was seen hyping up her friend. Amid the GOAT of the gymnastics vault routine, Chiles, who couldn’t contain her excitement, was seen jumping and celebrating Biles’s comeback.

To commemorate this moment, the duo also did their iconic dance move, ‘Mario Hug.” However, apart from being the biggest cheerleader for her best friend Jordan Chiles is also joining Simone Biles in the league of elite gymnasts. As the athlete is now up and running for a highly acclaimed award previously won by Biles.

Jordan Chiles is now a finalist for the 93rd Sullivan Award. The Sullivan Awards are one of the top-tier awards given to college athletes who have shown incredible performance in their respective sports. This year, Chiles, who has soared to success in the past few years, is up for the award. The gymnast will be added to the list of awardees which includes Simone Biles if she wins the Sullivan award.  Biles won the 91st Sullivan Award in 2020. The athlete was co-awarded the prestigious win with Olympic swimming prodigy Caeleb Dressel.
