US star snowboarder Chloe Kim won her second consecutive halfpipe Olympic Gold at the recent Beijing Winter Olympics 2022.
As the 21-year-old believes in having fun while performing, it helps her not be under the stress of getting medals. Instead, she focuses on gaining experience and giving her best while having fun.

Workout – The Chloe Kim way
As a pro athlete, Chloe Kim has to maintain her health and body. Hence, she goes through hours of training every day and works out at the gym to make sure she is well-toned and prepared. Additionally, she also follows a particular diet.
In an old interview with POPSUGAR, Chloe Kim had spoken about her workout regime and revealed it to her fans. Kim has an extremely strict routine, which she follows perfectly to help prepare for competition.

To build her muscles, Chloe uses an efficient workout technique called single-leg strength workouts. After hitting the halfpipe for some hardcore training, Kim makes it a point to go to the gym and recover.

Kim rides in the halfpipe for 3 hours every day, before taking even a single break. All of this hard training and workout also means that she needs to eat a healthy diet. However, there are some components of her diet that she eats just for fun, like a regular young person.
What does Kim have in a day?
Chloe Kim revealed her diet, which she follows strictly. For breakfast, she has “Chocolate pancakes, some biscuits and gravy, toast, and cottage cheese.”
However, the young snowboarder prefers to have some pizza for lunch. Along with that, she also doesn’t mind some french fries. Chloe Kim doesn’t believe in sacrificing her favorite food for the diet, and therefore, she does not.
