Acing the competitions and clinching the trophies obviously need a disciplined training regime. Nevertheless, Biles just needs a leotard and a mat to emulate her artistic moves and anchor her focus on polishing her skills. The gymnast’s training session indeed sounds thrilling, right? Well, Biles recently flaunted her effortless practice regime and made it clear that the training sessions can sometimes become amusing.

Recently, while training, Biles fell face down on the mat and gave her cohorts a burst of good laughter. Let’s take a peek inside the young athlete’s practice routine that Biles most proudly shared on her Snapchat just a few hours ago.

A few hours ago, the 25-year-old pulled off the curtains from her practice session by sharing the video on her Snapchat. In the snap, the Olympian can be seen warming up in her position while one of her cohorts asked her from behind the lens that “are you ready?” In reply to her acquaintance’s question, Biles gave a nod and started performing her prompts on the mat.

Biles took two leaps, while on the third leap, she fell face down on the mat. Following this, the person behind the lens found Biles’ failed prompt hysterical. Likewise, one of Biles’ other acquaintances also burst into hysterics as she found the whole episode hilarious.

Clearly, Simone Biles never shies away from sharing glimpses of her practice regimen. Whether those prompts are top-notch or just a series of failed attempts, the gymnast profoundly shares behind the scene pictures with her fans. Likewise, last year Biles chatted about her go-to workout routine and gave a peek at her favorite exercise.

Simone Biles’s favorite strength-training exercise

In 2022, the 25-year-old shared the strength-training exercise she likes to perform the most. The gymnast stated, “I like doing legs because those exercises come pretty easily to me”. She added, “I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning, and they won’t be too sore”. Interestingly, the Olympian also revealed her least favorite training prompt as well. As per her revelations, Biles is not that fond of “stomach conditioning”, as she conceded, “I don’t like it at all”.

All in all, Biles always takes a front seat when it comes to making candid revelations about her training sessions. The recent one, where she fell down is one such example where she gave her online audience a sight of her failed prompt to her fans.
