Before acquiring the fame of becoming Mrs. Gretzky, Janet was a renowned actress and dancer. In 2022, she rekindled her passion for acting and made her thrilling comeback, starring alongside her son and Bruce Willis.

The film was also special because it had the fan-favorite pairing of Trevor and Bruce. Moreover, Janet Jones played a supporting role in the action film as a sniper.

Janet Jones’ career as a movie star

Jones had a pretty amazing film career. After appearing in a couple of dance shows, she eventually got the opportunity to star in films like Annie (1982), Staying Alive (1983), and Snow White Live (1980). Later, she also played a small role in the sorcery-inspired film, The Beastmaster (1982). 

Moreover, by the time she married Wayne Gretzky, she became popular due to films like The Flamingo Kid (1984), A Chorus Line (1985), American Anthem (1986), and Police Academy 5: Assignment: Miami Beach (1988).
