The Epic Showdown

In a recent match against team Rutgers, the Huskers accomplished a remarkable score of 21-0. When Huskers locked horns with team Rutgers, it made the survival of the opponent team difficult on the court. As per the recent tweet by Big Ten Volleyball, it was captioned as, “No. 1 HuskerVB improves to 21-0 – their best start to a season since 2006. defeating Rutgers”

Although team Rutgers gave tough competition to the team Nebraska, aka Huskers, it could not clinch even one point in the match. Eventually, the Huskers emerged as the winners in the battle, securing a lead of 21 points from Team Nebraska. This not only led to the victorious start for team Huskers but also led to the ending of 17 years quest.

Scarlet Knight’s long big ten win was majorly an upset over the No. 16 ranked Minnesota team, which led to the first win of the team over a ranked opponent. In contrast to this, Scarlet Knights are shining through the lanes with an impressive hitting of .209, while the opponent is hitting .205 this season.

Reigning Back Again

Even though the team is working hard to perform exceptionally well on the court, there are many more matches to go. However, Nebraska’s volleyball team initiated the tournament with not only a win but also a season’s best score since 2006. Nebraska’s best start of the season was in 2008, with a record of 20-0.
