Cohen is the first woman to lift with 4.4x of her body weight. After being a DPT, a fitness enthusiast, and a bodybuilder, now she is dabbling with boxing. In fact, she is marveling at that. But in her multifaceted career, Dr. Cohen has definitely gone through many challenges. She came across several societal norms that women have to experience. In fact, with the help of her social media, she is looking forward to inspiring others to break those barriers.

Recently, Cohen posted a video on her Instagram, where she shared a beautiful insight in the caption. “I’m thirty years old. I shouldn’t be doing this. I should be married. Starting a family. I should get a ‘real job’. Play it safe. As obvious as what the best choice is for me, shutting down the entire world around you, who is constantly criticizing and doubting, isn’t an easy feat either.”

However, with Joe Rogan’s voiceover and Cohen’s boxing feats, the video went to the next level of encouragement. Rogan is a popular podcaster who has been working with the MMA industry for years now. And in the video, he talked about how there’s no significant age to start your journey. Just as Rogan put it, “You are alive. And if you are alive and you are thinking, all those numbers that you keep attaching…stop doing that.” And Cohen definitely seems to follow it.

Dr. Stefi Cohen’s saga of breaking the clichés

This is not the first time the boxer is questioning the society around her. Just a couple of weeks ago, Dr. Cohen shared a video that opened with a man pointing down what workouts women shouldn’t do to get “a feminine body.” And while the man’s voice was playing in the background, Stefi was just doing what he prescribed not to do. She gave a befitting reply to the man by stating, “So, ladies, remember, weak men are scared of strong women. So don’t ever let one tell you how to train.”
