Daniel Ricciardo will, arguably, race his last Grand Prix ever at this weekend’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. That being said, he’s one of the few drivers on the grid that have an equally viable passion for other avenues outside the sport.

2x Olympics winning snowboarder, Scotty James is a close friend of Ricciardo. They got together to shoot a promo for Ricciardo’s Enchate Chalet collection. The result was a goofy, adorable and funny advert which had F1 fans in stitches!

The video which was posted to Ricciardo’s YouTube channel was titled We’re such idiots ft Scotty James and has garnered a whirlwind of reactions from the F1 Twittersphere. We don’t know where the Honey Badger will land up after his stint with McLaren comes to an end this Sunday. But if this advert is anything to go by, he probably doesn’t have a promising career in marketing either. Fans were quick to rush to Twitter to share why this was the case.

Ricciardo and James’ chemistry wasn’t lost on the fans, though.

The video on YouTube has also garnered a plethora of comments and reactions.
