Serena Williams loves an opportunity to play golf

While talking to USA Today about this new campaign, Serena said, “I would love to play a little more golf, honestly for the photo opportunities.”

She hints at her strengths when she says, “I had a pretty decent drive because I’m a tennis player.”

Williams also related the stories of how her father taught them golf. “My dad did have myself and my sister (Venus) play golf when we were younger.” However, she admits that she didn’t exactly get addicted to the sport until she shot Michelob’s commercial. Serena is pretty excited about this venture as she teased about it in a recent interview with Gayle King.

Serena is also interested in the campaign as she believes that it advocates gender equality.
