The Tennis world has a huge fan following. This means that professional tennis is a good sport for brands to use for advertising and maximizing their reach to potential buyers. Nike, Rolex, Emirates, Polo, Ralf Lauren, Adidas, Head, Wilson are some of the major brands in tennis. Now American brand Original Penguin has entered on the tennis court with Croatian-born Ajla Tomljanovic as their 1st brand Ambassador.
Nike, Crocodile, Adidas, Lacoste, and ASICS are some of the names that dominated the athleisure side of tennis. Of course, brands choose players who suit their brand value and reputation in the market. Right from shoes and headbands all the way to the racquet, most of the items are used by popular players are sponsored.

The 2021 Wimbledon quarterfinalist, Ajla Tomljanovic, who had a contract with Nike and K-Swiss for apparel, will now wear Original Penguin during the match.
Ajla Tomljanovic switches her on-court partner
28-year-old Croatia born (accepted Australian citizenship in 2018) had K-Swiss and Nike as her sponsors till 2021.
But she’s since found “Pete,” the penguin, her new companion on the court. She was ecstatic to be part of the American Classic. She said, “I look forward to this brand partnership that offers such an iconic history and excited to be a part of its future evolution into tennis.”

She is the 1st to wear a 60-year traditional brand, which is moving into tennis with the spring 2022 woman clothing line. The brand works in the footwear and eyewear section as well.

Other Tennis stars and their associated apparel brands
Many of the Tennis stars show off their skills as well as their stylish sportswear. Stefanos Tsitsipas and Alexander Zverev use Adidas apparel while top seeds Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev wear Lacoste T’s.

Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams have a contract with Nike along with Naomi Osaka and Elina Svitolina. Top Seed Ashleigh Barty uses the Italian brand Fila along with Karolina Pliskova. Roger Federer is a solo major ambassador for the Japanese brand Uniqlo.
