I really love meditation, um, kind of taking time to myself. Whether it’s listening to music or just going on a walk like in whatever City I’m in just to like feel the nature and feel the breeze, I think for me that’s really effective.

While many look to empty their minds, Osaka chooses to take a different approach.

Honestly, for me, I don’t think about quieting my thoughts. I kind of just let them run at its course because I feel like when I try to quiet them, they just get louder. So I just kind of let them go on until it just silences itself out.”
