Canadian tennis star Bianca Andreescu is waiting to get on the court at the Australian Open 2021. This Grand Slam is very important for her as a knee injury kept her out of action for more than a year. Recently, the 20-year-old opened up about her recovery struggles.

2019 was a breakthrough year for the Canadian as she made a massive leap in the WTA rankings. However, a knee injury at the WTA Finals in Shenzhen that year cause her to miss the entire 2020 tennis season.

Even though she doesn’t like it, Bianca has to make deductions about the injury. Earlier, due to a back injury, she did not play a single match in 2018 as well.
