The police recently arrested Jeff Hardy for DUI in Florida on Monday morning. The AEW star had spent the previous evening performing an acoustic set, as well as attending the SlamDown VII convention in Orlando. They arrested Hardy around 12:30 am the following morning.

According to ESPN reporter Marc Raimondi, Jeff Hardy wasn’t able to complete sobriety exercises properly. He tweeted, “Once he left his car, Hardy was unsteady and smelled of alcohol, per the report. Officers, through conversation, learned Hardy had been drinking. Hardy could not complete any portion of sobriety exercises successfully “or without risk of falling,” the officer wrote in the report.”
