Taking to his X account, Matt Hardy shared a clip from his early days in the WWE. It featured the match between Jeff Hardy and Triple H for the Intercontinental Championship, as the elder Hardy helped his younger brother win the title from Triple H. In the caption to the post, Hardy wrote, “23 years ago today, says the ‘net… #JeffHardy #HHH #MattHardy #ICtitle #TimWhite”. On the road to WrestleMania XL, Hardy started uploading clips of his performances at the Grandest Stage of Them All. And now that the WWE has finally concluded WrestleMania, the former AEW star is uploading clips of himself from the blue brand. Since the aforementioned match was a part of the April 12, 2001 episode of SmackDown. This is surely not just a coincidence. Matt Hardy, during an episode of ‘The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy’ podcast, provided updates on Jeff Hardy’s condition. He revealed that Jeff Hardy’s nose was broken and that there were a couple of minor fractures. The doctors are doing tests to see how the sinuses are doing. However, it looks like it’s not going to be a quick process for the Charismatic Enigma. And that’s fine since, according to Matt Hardy, these things have to be dealt with slowly. And they are trying to put the daredevil’s health before everything else.
Well, it looks like we’ll have to wait for the return of the Charismatic Enigma to see if Hardys returns to the company for a possible last run. What do you think? Should they make a return? Let us know in the comments.
