Brock Lesnar Helps Roman Reigns to Secure the Easiest Win of His Career

WWE SmackDown: December 3rd, 2021, brought a surprise for the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Even though he knew Brock Lesnar was coming back, he didn’t quite expect what The Beast was capable of.

Brock Lesnar convinced #1 contender, Sami Zayn, to challenge The Tribal Chief for the Universal Championship on SmackDown itself rather than waiting for Day 1.

Coming to the main event of WWE SmackDown: December 3rd, 2021, Zayn came out to accuse the WWE Universe of never supporting him and conspiring against him. He revealed the only person who has ever supported him was Brock Lesnar, and guess who arrived next? The Beast Incarnate!

Zayn indirectly hinted that Lesnar should help him win because Lesnar would have an easier time with him than with The Tribal Chief. However, he repeated assured Lesnar that he wasn’t trying to disrespect Brock or sell himself short.

Unfortunately for Zayn, Brock Lesnar turned the ring into Suplex City! And, destroyed Zayn with two F-5s. Before leaving the ring, he placed Zayn against the turnbuckle with his hands over the top rope.

Essentially, The Beast paved the path for the #1 contender’s loss against The Tribal Chief, guaranteeing a match against Reigns at Day 1.

When Reigns came out, everyone knew all he had to do was pick up whatever was left of Sami Zayn, and secure the win.

He could have much as well not come at all considering the way Lesnar destroyed Zayn. But, Reigns had a job to do.

He came to the ring to defend the championship, and The Usos placed Zayn back on the corner. The bell went off, The Tribal Chief executing a spear on him, put Zayn in a chokehold, and Zayn tapped out!

Roman Reigns retained (as expected). And now, he will face Brock Lesnar on Day 1.

Brock Lesnar may not dethrone The Tribal Chief at Day 1

Reportedly, WWE wants to drag the Lesnar vs Reigns feud till WrestleMania 38. If that’s the case, Roman Reigns may retain at Day 1.

On the other hand, Lesnar could dethrone Roman Reigns at Day 1. But, The Tribal Chief revived his glory at WWE WrestleMania 38!
