The Cody Rhodes and Dwayne Johnson beef continues to grow bigger and bigger. The two WWE Superstars have already breached the confines of the WWE arena in this iconic feud. Recently, however, The American Nightmare has permeated his hand into an area The Rock didn’t expect to take a hit in.

Dwayne Johnson is a multimillionaire who has found more avenues for moneymaking than WWE and Hollywood. The Rock is a very smart entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses, with Teremana Tequila being one of them. However, Cody Rhodes has come up with his own vodka brand named Wheatley American. In fact, he has also secured a deal with WrestleMania XL and made fans go crazy with the announcement.

Dwayne Johnson has badgered Cody Rhodes via several means throughout his late January return. While Rhodes initially found himself powerless and vacated his WrestleMania spot, he has now learned to push and fight back. While slapping The Rock was a counterattack, The American Nightmare has now launched an offensive of his own against Dwayne Johnson. Cody Rhodes added a tweet on X and wrote, “Excited to join “The American Dream Team” with Wheatley American Vodka and @WWE  –

“We have big things planned this year. Keep an eye out for me and Wheatley at #WrestleMania XL, WWE #MITB, and perhaps even at your local liquor store in the near future! And next time you’re at the bar, order an American Mule with @WheatleyVodka! #ad,” Rhodes further highlighted. The tweet also carried an image of the former AEW star holding a bottle of vodka.

This stands as direct competition to the tequila business of Dwayne Johnson. The Rock has been building the reputation of Teremana for quite some time and also secured several good promotions for it recently.

However, with The American Nightmare hijacking WrestleMania XL, Cody Rhodes has clearly connected with a punch above his weight.

Considering that WWE World will revive the WrestleMania Axxess experience, Cody Rhodes’ Wheatley American vodka can bag a lot of sales. The WWE Universe is experiencing a mixed bag of feelings over this move. While Rhodes is generating pops, Dwayne Johnson isn’t far behind either.

Fans start taking sides over Wheatley Vodka-Teremana Tequila battle

Cody Rhodes has continued to take the fight to Dwayne Johnson. Appreciating the first strike by The American Nightmare, a fan used The Rock’s phrasing to give Rhodes a pop.

Another Cody Rhodes fan welcomed the WrestleMania partnership with a grand welcome.

One fan took the 2024 Royal Rumble winner’s association with a vodka brand in poor taste. But they also appreciated the tequila made by Dwayne Johnson. Thus, their comment seemed like a crack at Rhodes’s fanbase only having young kids.

Cody Rhodes’ image on the poster received some flak from the Hollywood star’s fans. However, one of them posted a photograph of The Rock promoting Teremana without the use of Photoshop.
