WWE’s next PLE is just around the corner. The weekly shows after Fastlane started building up toward Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. Now, almost all feuds have perfectly ripened for us to enjoy. As only a week remains until the event, let’s look into the details and additional information surrounding WWE’s next major show.

Fans can expect to see popular faces at the event like Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. With this, there will also be a variety of interesting matches, with four major title defenses happening during the night.

When and where is Crown Jewel taking place?

This time around, the wrestling company has decided to move its show and talents to Saudi Arabia. The city of Riyadh will be enjoying the event live at the Mohammed Abdu Arena. The event is all set to take place on the 4th of November 2023. This will be one of the last few PLEs this year before we are blessed with another year of wrestling PLEs from WWE.

This is the second time that WWE is hosting a show in Saudi Arabia this year after the Night of Champions. Crown Jewel is also a part of WWE’s 10-year deal with the country. So, we can expect to see continuous shows happening in the Middle East nation before their deal ends in 2028.

The Crown Jewel pre-show will begin at 12 p.m. ET, while the main card can be enjoyed starting from 1 p.m. ET.

WWE fans residing in the USA during the event can watch Crown Jewel on NBC’s Peacock streaming service. The date and time would be 4th November, 1 p.m. ET.

Crown Jewel 2023 match card

So far seven matches have been announced for the Saudi Arabian PLE. As expected the match card is stacked with big names like John Cena, Cody Rhodes, and Roman Reigns. There will be four title defenses, the Undisputed Universal title, World Heavyweight Championship, and both the Women’s world titles will be on the line.

World Heavyweight Championship: Seth “Freakin” Rollins (c) vs. Drew McIntyre.

Fatal 5-Way match for the Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Zoey Stark vs. Raquel Rodriguez.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. LA Knight.

WWE United States Championship: Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Logan Paul.

WWE Women’s Championship: Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bianca Belair.

Singles match: Cody Rhodes vs. Damian Priest.

What else fans can expect at Crown Jewel?

Long before Crown Jewel’s card was announced, there were rumors and speculations of the soccer icon Cristiano Ronaldo appearing in at the event in some capacity. This is because of the multi-year contract he has signed with Al-Nassr, a Saudi soccer team. Though his appearance hasn’t been confirmed yet, fans could be waiting for a sweet surprise from the international soccer sensation.
