DCEU is all set with their back-to-back schedule release in which Dwayne Johnson has to play a massive role. Consequently, it appears that the DCEU has a bright future. But for a very long time, fans have also been arguing and requesting the release of the Ayer Cut.

Following Johnson’s announcement that he will attend this year’s Comic-Con, a Twitter user questioned the quality of his film and inquired about the release of the Ayer Cut.

The Rock referred to himself as the “Most Electrifying Man in the DC” in the video announcing his attendance at Comic-Con. This reignited the #ReleaseTheAyerCut conversation after a Twitter user stated this and DJ responded:

Considering his menacing anti-villain persona, which can take on any David Ayer character, Johnson’s response, “No, because Black Adam doesn’t give a f***,” was in a way that is reminiscent of his anti-villain character. Although many assumed this was a jab at the release as Johnson made no overtly critical remarks about the movie, which is at least a good sign.

In case you don’t know, fans could finally watch Zack Snyder’s Justice League after all the hubbub and requests for its release. Similarly, fans have also frequently taken part in the Ayer Cut release campaign. However, there is still no sign of when it will be released.

Additionally, The Rock’s most recent comment sparked this once more. One Twitter user who responded to his tweet raised doubts about the comment. He said he’s not sure if he actually shot at the Ayer Cut release, but it’s possible.

However, one Twitter user was not pleased with the way Johnson’s statement was being misinterpreted. He thinks The Great One is simply boasting about his character and not making fun of anyone.

Meanwhile, one fan believes the Rock will indeed support the release of the Ayer cut in a manner similar to that of Zack Snyder’s.

One Twitter user referring to The Rock’s claiming he always listens to the audience asked for The Ayer Cut. Considering the fact now he is one of the important members of the DCEU.

Putting everything else aside, one Twitter user stated that Johnson’s forthcoming movie, Black Adam, is something he is eager to see.

If you didn’t already know, The People’s Champ has a new movie coming out this month on July 29th, DC League of Super-Pets. Additionally, Black Adam, which has been much awaited all year, will also be released on October 21.
