“He’s Got a Lot of Adversity”: WWE Hall of Famer Provides Health Update on Hulk Hogan and Other Legends

Hulk Hogan and Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake are one of the most iconic teams in pro-wrestling history. Hogan and Beefcake began their career almost at the same time. In addition, they became close friends after they met. Moreover, both were represented as brothers, “Terry & Ed Boulder” and “Hulk & Dizzy Hogan.” Hogan and Beefcake formed The Mega Maniacs, where they went on to battle World Tag Team Champions Money Inc. at WrestleMania IX.
Beefcake recently went on “Wrestling Inc Daily” where he discussed his new position as Commissioner of Boca Raton Championship Wrestling.

In addition, talking on the podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Brutus ‘The Barber’ Beefcake provided an update on Hulk Hogan. “Well, we’ve been tuning in and catching his Monday specials, he’s got his karaoke show going with Jimmy Hart. He’s doing okay, you know, he’s a tough man. He’s got a lot of adversity, but he’s doing good.”
Hogan has been entertaining fans all across the globe. In addition, he has had a long career and during that; he had landed several Leg Drops on his opponents over his career. Although it had some negative consequences for his health. He underwent many operations on his hips and spine because they were damaged.

However, Beefcake clarified that Hogan has lately improved his health. In addition, he had also provided a health update on Brian Knobbs. He stated, “I know he wasn’t doing real well the last time I saw him, but he’s a good guy, and I wish him the best. We all hope he’s doing good. He had a knee replacement that went bad, and they wouldn’t do anything about it during the COVID.”

When Beefcake was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during the 2019 Induction Ceremony, The Hulkster had the privilege of presenting his best friend with the highest honor in pro wrestling.

According to Hogan, it’s a significant thing, and he’s honored to be a part of presenting the Hall of Fame to his friend, with whom he’s spent the past 47-48 years, starting back to high school.

Brutus Beefcake stated that he had goosebumps as Hogan and his song were played at the Hall of Fame ceremony and he is grateful to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
