Former WWE champion Dwayne Johnson is very easy to spot in a crowd. ‘The Brahma Bull’ has a towering presence, with an infectious smile, that will attract attention from all directions. However, a gym trainer described he’s often mistaken for the ‘Black Adam’ actor in his daily life. Moreover, he looks like the spitting image of the legendary WWE wrestler we’ve seen on TV for decades. Therefore, the confident doppelgänger also thought he can put a dent in Johnson, in the combat sport of his preference.

Antonio Muratore hopes to face his idol, ‘The Rock’ in a Thai Boxing match. The Italian gym trainer spoke with The Mirror, and said, “I do Thai boxing and if I can fight him in that, I think I might have a chance. My mother thinks I would win!”. The doppelgänger and his mother felt confident in his Thai boxing abilities.

The 54-year-old is a gym trainer, who goes through his day as a regular person. Until people confuse him for the WWE icon. Moreover, Muratore, despite being a private person, loves the attention he gets from fans, who usually stop him for taking pictures.

He described his life and said, “It’s an incredible situation to look like him. In general, I’m quite a private person and I don’t like a lot of attention – but I never tire of this because it makes people happy.”

Therefore, the gym trainer is getting used to this lifestyle, looks like one of the most popular figures in entertainment. However, there are times when it gets a bit dangerous.

Strangers do not always stop the Rock’s doppelgänger with the best intentions. Muratore once got himself into a sticky situation, because of his striking resemblance to the popular actor.

He said, “Over the years people started to stop and ask me for pictures wherever I would go. It’s been at a hotel, in restaurants, on the beach – it happens continuously. Once someone followed me down the road for 15 minutes. That was a bit stressful.” Apart from such instances, he mostly loves interacting with kids and making their day. Therefore, The Italian gym trainer is immensely grateful for the love and affection he gets from fans.
