Audiences like to interact with their favorite performers on a regular basis and like to get their autographs and take photos with them.

Most of the athletes to their credit do oblige and do not disappoint their followers. WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker is among such stars who like to fill his supporter’s days with happiness. However, he recently disclosed a special time when he did not prefer signing autographs for his fans.

The Undertaker discusses one condition under which he won’t sign an autograph

The Phenom recently interacted with The Bet Las Vegas podcast and discussed a host of topics. He revealed that he did not like to sign autographs when his kids were around.

Taker said, “With my kids around don’t, don’t ask,{for an autograph} and you know my kids play sports and it becomes a thing every weekend people come up. And hey yo, can I have this? I can’t I was like I appreciate you being a fan, I’m not Undertaker I’m dad this weekend and hopefully, you understand that. This is about my kids I’ve been on the road for all these years, I’m not missing this.”

Like his wrestling, the 4-time WWE champion was right on point regarding his comments. After undergoing years of rigors he finally is getting to lead a life like a normal person away from the attention of WWE. While fans’ intentions would largely be good, it would nevertheless be hard for Taker to entertain so many requests every day.

But the gentleman that he is, he found a way to just explain it to his followers rather than just ignoring it.

 The Deadman’s comments come at a time when several WWE superstars are being hassled to sign autographs against their will.

Current performers with the wrestling juggernaut Rhea Ripley and Rey Mysterio have been subject to undue pressures at the airport to sign autographs

Ripley even tweeted about it and expressed her anger at the matter. The Judgement Day member strictly clarified that she won’t be entertaining any follower’s request for an autograph.

Mysterio who is to be inducted into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame was also ambushed by a group of spectators recently. They took pictures of him without a mask and the legend even made his displeasure known.

Coming back to The Undertaker, he has spent almost half his life being in the public eye. It’s only fitting that fans respect his privacy now. Taker deserves it after giving so much to the wrestling world. He is humble enough to still entertain the audience’s wish to sign an autograph. But as he said the legend needs to be left alone when he is spending quality time with his kids.
