“Never Ever”-Natalya Watches Back Fond Memories, Processing a 5-Year-Old Huge Loss

Life is so unpredictable. One day you are laughing and smiling with your loved ones, and the very next day, tragedy strikes. We are never sure of what’s in store for us tomorrow. Hence we need to make the most of what we have today. And the same goes for spending time with our loved ones, as you never know what might happen tomorrow.

The passing of a loved one always leaves a big void and immense grief, which often takes years to overcome. As is the case of Natalya, after 5 years of that immense loss, still cherishes every moment she spent.

Natalya says that she has finally stopped grieving, 5 years after the death of her father Jim Neidhart

Natalya has been with the WWE since 2008 and has had quite an illustrious career. She has won the Divas Championship, SmackDown Women’s Championship, and also the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion once each.

Just a month ago she received 6 Guinness World Records, a phenomenal achievement for any human. Each of these 6 records was related to her achievements in the WWE over the past 15 years, one record being ‘Most WWE Wrestlemania appearances by a female’. She has appeared in 8 Wrestlemania’s to date and this number will only keep increasing. But 5 years ago, Natalya suffered the loss of her Father Jim Neidhart for whom she finally stopped grieving just recently.

He passed away at the age of 63 due to a head injury caused by a fall. And recently she took to Instagram to share a sweet memory from her childhood on the 5th death anniversary of her Father. She also wrote, “I know one thing for sure- there will never ever be another person like you🩷🖤 love you and miss you, Daddy!

Thus implying that she has finally healed post the enormous loss but still cherishes every moment she spent with her dad. Edge’s wife Beth Phoenix provided her the necessary moral support by saying, “Love you nattie”. A lot of the current generation will not even know who Jim Neidhart is, but he is part of one of the most famous wrestling families in the business.

Jim Neidhart’s played a crucial role in wrestling with his involvement in the iconic ‘Hart Foundation’

Neidhart was the eldest of the Hart Brothers, followed by Bret Hart and the late Owen Hart. He was with the WWE from 1985 to 1992 and during this time he was part of the faction called the ‘Hart Foundation’, which consisted of him and his 2 younger brothers.

During his WWE career, he went on to win the WWE Tag Team Championship twice with his brother, Bret Hart. After leaving the WWE, he joined WCW and was with them till 1998.

Post that, he continued wrestling on the independent circuit till 2016. He even made a special appearance on the 15th Anniversary of RAW. In that episode, he took part in the ’15th Anniversary Battle Royal’. Then sadly, on 13th August 2018, he passed away owing to a fatal head injury he suffered after having a seizure. We pray that God continues to give Natalya the strength to overcome the grief of this huge loss.
