The dream match that the WWE Universe is yearning to see is Dwayne Johnson’s face-off against his cousin Roman Reigns at the next WrestleMania. Reigns is the current Undisputed Universal Champion and has been in a God mode so far in his run. He has overcome the likes of Brock Lesnar, Edge, John Cena, and many others. This has left the fans clamoring for a dream match between the Brahma Bull and The Tribal Chief.

Both The Rock and Roman Reigns are two of the biggest stars of their generation. While DJ has imitated quite an astonishing fortune in Hollywood just like WWE, his Samoan cousin has also carved his way onto the top. After struggling to get over with the crowd during his babyface run, Reigns has been untouchable as the Head of the Table.

Despite Reigns’ amazing run, The Rock may still be the biggest name in the Anoa’i family. As such, fans are hoping to see them clash inside the ring to determine who is better. In a recent interview with Chris Van Villet, DJ talked about his upcoming movie Black Adam and had a few words for his cousin Roman Reigns.

Van Villet asked The Rock whether he acknowledges the Tribal Chief, to which he replied, “I do. It’s my family”. Villet told him that Reigns calls himself as the Head of the Table, but it looks like it’s The Rock.

To this, The People’s Champ answered that Roman and others have adapted well to all the unexpected changes in WWE. He said, “When the unexpected happens in that kind of way and form and fashion especially in that business you got to have the ability and the agility to pivot which they have. So with Roman I think he’s doing a pretty good job and the boys too the Usos too as well.”

Although we may see them fight against each other soon, Dwayne Johnson clearly acknowledges the work ‘The Bloodline’ has been doing in WWE. They have been the center of WWE programming for quite some time. It will be interesting to see if The Rock shows up to confront Reigns inside the ring.

According to reports, WWE is looking to book a mega clash between two members of the Anoa’i family at WrestleMania next year. Reigns has been champion since winning the title in August 2020. He hasn’t tasted a defeat since the TLC pay-per-view at the hands of Baron Corbin way back in December 2019!
