Although The Judgment Day operates on the ‘no leader’ philosophy, it doesn’t seem to be working well for the team so far. Despite the philosophy of the faction, there is an ongoing power struggle between Ripley and Damian Priest.

This struggle has been going on between the two wrestlers for a considerable amount of time. Even though the heel faction usually has good integrity, Priest may be susceptible to being kicked out from The Judgment Day at the hands of The Eradicator.

Mami is not the leader of Judgment Day but she has assumed this position of dominance because of her status in the promotion. Although Damian Priest has also had his fair share of achievements in the promotion, Mami tends to make several decisions for the faction. It seems like WWE is headed in the direction where she may take Judgment Day ‘hostage’.

Damian Priest was one of the founding members of The Judgment Day alongside Edge. Both wrestlers founded the faction on April 3, 2022. On the other hand, Mami joined one month later in on the 8th of May the same year. In spite of their joining dates in the team, Mami assumed control of a lot of things.

However, things started changing around in between when Priest started taking authority in a few things. Even on Monday Night Raw 01/22, “Senor Money in the Bank” was not on the same page as Mami and ended up having an argument with her backstage. These clashes put Priest on Ripley’s radar.

Apart from this, Finn Balor and his partner are going to defend their Universal Tag Team Championships against British Strong Style. If they end up losing the titles, the Women’s Champion will have all the more reasons to kick him out for letting the team down.

In WWE 2k23, Mami’s stats were not up to the mark. This resulted in fans calling out the devs of the video game, asking them to correct it. Consequently, she ended up receiving an OVR rating of 95. This year the game has gotten her a level higher.
