The reigning WWE champion Brock Lesnar is currently having one of the best runs of his WWE career. However, his freakish strength is something that has improved in over a decade.

Back when he debuted for WWE in the early 2000s, Lesnar was easily one of the biggest wrestlers on the WWE roster. Body slamming the likes of Big Show, and Kane, The Undertaker, Lesnar was a force to reckoned with, and he still works with the same strength.

Lesnar’s very first run with Vince McMahon’s company was a treat for everyone in the WWE Universe. The company pushed ‘The Beast’ to the moon and even became the youngest WWE Champion of that time when he defeated The Rock.

His devastating suplexes and powerful jabs surely look terrifying. However, Ric Flair recently admitted that ‘The Beast‘ has never hurt him in the ring.

Speaking on the latest episode of his podcast, The Wooooo Nation, the Nature Boy talked about the times when he shared the ring with Lesnar.

“He [Brock Lesnar] never hurt me. But I’ll tell you this when he latches onto you, you’re not going anywhere,” said Flair.

Flair also recalled a story when Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was planned to be the original opponent for Lesnar that night left the building. WWE chairman Vince McMahon turned to Flair and asked him to wrestle Lesnar.

Flair then sat down with ‘The Beast’ and discussed how to carry the match and eventually said to him to be careful with his finisher, F5.

“So we just sat down, and I just said if you just do a few things, you know, sell your eyes. Listen to me, and we’ll be okay. And be careful with the F5.”

Now, Lesnar is currently enjoying his reign as the WWE champion. However, he will face one of his toughest challenges inside the ring against Bobby Lashley at the Royal Rumble PPV.
