Ronda Rousey Reacts to Wearing Her Olympic Judo Gi After Years at WWE Elimination Chamber

‘Rowdy’ Ronda Rousey and Naomi surprised everyone with their tag team dynamics last night at the Elimination Chamber PPV. The duo took on the pair of WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville.

However, there was one catch in this match. Ronda was supposed to fight this match with one hand tied behind her back so that the match was fair as Sonya Deville’s one arm was injured. However, Deville’s injury was a hoax, as she removed her arm brace the moment the bell rang.

All four women put on a great performance. However, the WWE Universe really praised the in-ring effort of former SmackDown Champion, Naomi. Whenever Ronda tagged in Naomi, the WWE Universe would cheer her like crazy.

Eventually, her partner Ronda Rousey took to her Instagram, where she praised the stellar performance put by Naomi. Rousey then thanked the former champion for having her back during the match.

Ronda Rousey surprised the fans at WWE Elimination Chamber

The former WWE Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey had an interesting event last night at the Elimination Chamber PPV in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Now, Rousey is known for extravagant eye makeups; however, last night, the former Women’s UFC Champion made her way out in a no-makeup look.

This subtle change inspired many female wrestlers and even the fans on the internet. Her traditional Judo Gi made headlines and the fans just loved this callback from her 2008 Olympics Gold medal-winning performance.

The Judo Gi, which she wore for the event, was the same, which she had worn on her historical gold medal win at the Olympics 2008.

For now, it is confirmed that ‘The Baddest Woman on the Planet’ will headline one of the two main events of the upcoming WrestleMania 38 PPV. Eventually, ‘The Queen‘ Charlotte Flair will have to defend her SmackDown title against the former Raw Champion.
