However, he is not alone in his quest for greatness. WWE is a publicly-traded company and just like other companies, there are descendants who have a certain number of stocks.

For years now, the WWE Universe has discussed that the chairman Vince McMahon trusts the company’s COO, Triple H more than his son Shane McMahon.

Now, with Shane out of the company what is the situation of his stocks ownership? Here is the answer. WWE has two share classes, Class A (common shares) and Class B (preferred shares).

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Shane McMahon owns around 2.5 million equity shares of WWE’s stock which in terms of dollars worth well over $200 million.

However, with his latest release from the company, it seems a matter of question whether his stock ownership will be affected or not.

Who owns most WWE shares?

WWE boss Vince McMahon has the most voting power with 83%, which is far more than Linda, Shane, and Stephanie McMahon. However, Vince just has 37.6% of shares.

With a 37.6% share, Vince is the one with the most shares of the company. This is something that should not come as a surprise to anyone as the WWE fans know that Vince likes to be in control.

However, back in the 90s, it seemed like Vince would entrust the company’s future with Shane whenever he came of age because Shane was a regular fighter back in the late 90s.
